Why we started
Founded by someone who spent years watching what happens when the leads are wrong.
Before this agency existed, our director Riz ran lead generation for one of the UK's leading immigration law firms. It is an unforgiving place to learn the trade. Every enquiry is someone in a difficult moment of their life, the fees are significant, and a badly qualified lead costs a solicitor an afternoon they will never bill for.
You learn quickly that volume is not the goal. Forty enquiries that go nowhere are worse than eight that turn into instructions, because the forty cost you the same money and a great deal more time.
After leaving, we kept meeting owners in the same position. They had paid an agency, sometimes two. They had folders of reports about reach and impressions and engagement rate. What they could not tell you was what it cost them to win a customer, or whether that number was going up or down.
Meanwhile the website nobody had looked at in three years was quietly losing half the traffic the ads were paying for. Two suppliers, two invoices, and neither of them responsible for the gap in the middle.
So we built the agency we would have wanted to hire. One team builds the site, runs the traffic to it, and sets up the follow-up so an enquiry that lands on a Friday night does not go cold by Monday. One pipeline, one point of contact, one number we are judged on.
